Vinita Tekchandani

Vinita Tekchandani is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in employee engagement and human resource management. Currently serving as Assistant Manager HR at WebEngage since April 2022, Vinita has previously held positions as Associate HR at ideaForge from June 2018 to April 2022 and HR Executive focusing on employee engagement at ITM Group of Institutions from April 2017 to May 2018. Starting a career as an HR Intern at Ascra Technologies from March 2016 to December 2016, Vinita gained foundational experience in HR activities, recruitment, induction processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
