Alexey Litsov

CEO at Weber Comechanics

Alexey Litsov has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Alexey started their career in 2001 as a Processing Engineer in the experimental-technological laboratory at NPO Saturn. From 2004 to 2005, they worked as a Project Lead Engineer at RybinskElectroCabel.

In 2005, Alexey joined Weber Comechanics as a Sales Engineer for sheet metal equipment. Alexey was later promoted to Deputy Director of the Sheet Metal Processing Department, where they managed equipment sales and worked on projects of complex deliveries and sales. Alexey also trained and certified sales engineers and worked directly with key clients. Alexey held this position until 2009.

From 2009 to 2011, Alexey joined OSTEC Enterprise Ltd as the Head of Sales Department for the Radioelectronics Equipment Production Division. Alexey was responsible for managing the sales department, including regional sales and product groups, for radioelectronic components processing equipment.

In 2011, Alexey returned to Weber Comechanics and took on the role of Commercial Director, where they managed the main office and branches of the company's commercial office, overseeing sales, marketing, service, and technological departments. Alexey held this position until 2012, when they were promoted to Managing Director until 2019.

In 2014, Alexey became the Chief Executive Officer of Weber Engineering (Russia and CIS) and has held this position since then.

Currently, Alexey is the CEO of Weber Comechanics, a position they have held since 2019.

Alexey Litsov earned their Engineer's degree in engineering technology with a specialization in the Organization of aviation engines production from Rybinsk State Aviation Technological Academy named after P. A. Solovyov, from 1997 to 2002. Alexey then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in the cutting process of 5-axis end milling machining of low rigidity airfoil blades, also from Rybinsk State Aviation Technological Academy named after P. A. Solovyov, from 2002 to 2004. Later on, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from the State University of Management (SUM), from 2012 to 2014.
