Sylvia van Uden

Sylvia Van Uden is an experienced sales leader and consultant with a strong background in international trade and economic development. Currently serving as Sales Director at Weber Vacuum Cooling since January 2014, Sylvia drives sales and market expansion for cooling solutions across Europe, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Africa. Previous roles include independent consulting in Latin America and serving as Senior Official for Economic Affairs and Development Cooperation at the Netherlands Embassy in Bogotá, where Sylvia established the Economic Department to enhance trade relations between the Netherlands and Colombia. Earlier career experiences include positions at Ball SB, J.H. Bachmann de Colombia Ltda, and La Plazoleta Ltda. Sylvia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and is pursuing further education in translation and interpretation at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
