Charlie Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing and leading teams across various sectors. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Weber Group since January 2018, Charlie previously held the same role at Line of Sight Consulting from October 2015 to January 2018, focusing on the development of SMART Boards. Prior to that, a Managing Director at Caterpillar Financial from June 2008 to October 2015, Charlie oversaw project financing for multiple industries in the Asia Pacific region, emphasizing expansion in China, ASEAN, and Japan. Charlie's career includes significant roles such as International Sales and Marketing Manager at Caterpillar Financial and Caterpillar Insurance, as well as a strong background in Six Sigma methodologies, where responsibilities spanned from deployment in Europe to leading process improvement initiatives in the US and Latin America. Charlie holds an MBA in Finance from Alliance Manchester Business School and a BA in Business Administration from Bellarmine University.
