Kevin Eastman started their work experience at Weber Human Services in 1992 as a Mental Health Therapist. Kevin later worked as a Caseworker and Supervisor in various areas of the agency. In 2001, they became the Chief Operating Officer, where they worked on administrative issues and oversaw the Medicaid contract for the External Quality Review process. Kevin Eastman earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Social Work from Weber State University between 1988 and 1992. Kevin then went on to complete a Masters in Social Work at Our Lady of the Lake University from 1993 to 1994. Weber Human Services
Weber Human Services (WHS) is the local authority to provide Mental Health, Substance Abuse, Prevention and Services for the Aging population to residents of Weber and Morgan Counties. The two counties share an inter-local agreement where these contracted services are provided by Weber Human Services. WHS employs Clinicians, Case managers, Nurses, Physicians, I.T., Customer Care professionals, and other health and maintenance individuals to operate the agency. WHS has competitive salaries and health benefits. WHS is widely known for the supervision program on EBP's for clinicians and has the best treatment outcomes for clients in the State of Utah, as measured by the Outpatient Questionnaire (OQ). WHS has an in house Integrated physical health clinic that is on-site that provides access to both behavioral and physical healthcare in a single location. Also, with this service delivery model, this allows for Care Coordination to occur in a behavioral health home setting where physical health and behavioral health can occur for individuals who want to choose different settings for each of those needs.
