Eric Griswold, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Product Development for Pellet at Weber Inc., a position held since January 2021. Previously, Eric held several roles at Whirlpool Corporation from 2004 until January 2021, including Senior Engineering Manager responsible for key projects such as the NAR Front Load Washer and aligning advanced development with global platforms. Earlier experience includes positions as Engineering Manager and Lead Engineer, contributing to the introduction of new technologies and architectures in front load washers. Eric's career began at Mid-South Industries as an Engineer after completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Michigan Technological University from 1997 to 2001.
