Jim Fleming

Jim Fleming is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical design and research and development. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Connected Devices R&D at Weber LLC, Jim leads the mechanical design efforts for connected devices, building on previous roles that included managing the Quality Value Engineering Team, achieving significant cost reductions across product lines. Prior to Weber, Jim held various engineering management positions at Panduit, where key projects included the development of the FlexFusion Data Center Cabinet and leadership in advanced development for integrated electronics solutions. Jim's career began at Motorola, where responsibilities included designing telecommunications infrastructure products. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and the Illinois Institute of Technology, respectively.
