Ricky Marteney

Ricky Marteney is a seasoned packaging professional with extensive experience in engineering and management roles. Currently serving as Packaging Engineering Manager at Weber LLC since March 2020, Ricky's career includes a progression from Senior Packaging Engineer at the same company to previous positions such as Packaging Engineer II at The Master Lock Company and Packaging Designer at International Paper. Ricky also gained early experience as a Packaging Co/op at Kohler Co. and as a Packaging Engineer Intern at Prop Shaft Supply. Educationally, Ricky holds a Bachelor's Degree in Packaging from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, completed in 2014.
