Roberto Carvajal

Roberto Carvajal is an experienced executive currently serving as Vice President and General Manager of Global Product at Weber Inc. since September 2019, following a role as Sr. Director of Product Management at Lifoam Industries for a brief period. Prior to these positions, Roberto held various leadership roles at Newell Brands from January 2014 to April 2019, including Director of Innovation & Marketing and Brand Manager, and at Jarden Home Brands as Associate Brand Manager and Engineering and R&D Manager. Early career experiences include roles as a Product Engineer at Newell Rubbermaid and SPG de Mexico, focusing on new product development and process improvements. Roberto holds an Executive MBA from SMU Cox School of Business and advanced degrees in Industrial Engineering from Kansas State University and Tecnológico de Monterrey.
