Steve Golich is a seasoned marketing and product management professional with extensive experience in category management, e-commerce, and brand development. Currently serving as Senior Director of Category Management & Merchandising at Weber LLC since October 2016, Steve leads the go-to-market strategy and product assortment for the US business. Previous roles include Director of Digital Commerce & Direct to Consumer at Weber LLC, and Senior Marketing Manager at ITW, where Steve managed a $112M portfolio, achieving significant market share growth for key brands. Additional experience includes management positions at ACH Food Companies, Rust-Oleum Corp., and Bison Gear & Engineering. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University and an MBA in Marketing & Finance from DePaul University.
