Martin Kramer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Martin started their career at Elektro Schmidt in 1994 as an Electrician. From 1997 to 1999, they worked as an Electrical Engineer at Berge-Bau GmbH & Co. KG, where they specialized in cable and overhead line engineering.

In 1999, Martin joined CFS as an Electrician Engineer, providing support for Thermoforming Equipment worldwide. Martin then transitioned to the role of Help Desk Engineer in 2003, where they continued to support and troubleshoot Thermoforming Equipment, including programming, electronics, and mechanics. Martin frequently travelled globally to assist customers.

In 2013, Martin joined GEA Food Solutions GmbH as a Remanufacturing Coordinator, responsible for coordinating remanufacturing and order management for Thermoforming and Preparation machines. Martin also evaluated and rated second-hand equipment. Subsequently, they served as the Order Desk Manager from 2016 to 2018, overseeing the after-sales business for Thermoforming and Cutmaster Equipment, including spare parts, machine modifications, and upgrades.

From 2018 to 2020, Martin held the position of Head of Repair Shop at GEA Food Solutions GmbH, managing the repair operations. Finally, they served as a Product Sales Manager from 2020 to 2021.

Most recently, Martin joined Weber Maschinenbau in 2021 as a Project Sales Manager.

Martin Kramer's education history begins in 1984 when they attended Gymnasium Laasphe. Martin studied Geograghie and Physik until 1993 and graduated with a high school degree.

In 1994, they enrolled in Elektro Schmidt and completed their education as an Electrician in 1997.

In 2000, Martin Kramer entered Gewerbliche Schulen Dillenburg to pursue a degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Program and Control Technology. Martin graduated from there in 2004.
