John Griswold has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. John started their career as an Intern at Gulfstream Aerospace, where they led a student team in researching and developing a diagnostic machine for testing paints/materials. John provided cost analysis and created detailed assembly/preventative maintenance manuals.

Later, they joined Weber Metals, Inc. as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for new product development and master production scheduling for a jet engine component line. John established monthly production/finished goods inventory levels, tracked work in process, and collaborated with engineering and operations teams to ensure delivery performance and product quality.

Following that, John served as the Master Scheduler/Production Control Supervisor at Weber Metals, Inc., overseeing the scheduling and control of production activities. John then took up the position of Industrial Engineering Manager, leading a team in developing and executing performance enhancement initiatives across the company.

Currently, John holds the role of Director - Head of Development, Operations at Weber Metals, Inc. In this position, they provide leadership and oversight to the Business Development, Industrial Engineering, and Manufacturing Departments. John supports major growth projects and mergers and acquisitions, designs and implements new manufacturing facilities, and ensures effective engineering support.
