Kathy Puchalak, LCB, CCS, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and graphic design, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Weber Packaging Solutions, Inc. since May 2007, where responsibilities include crafting employment advertisements and collaborating with hiring managers on talent strategies. Prior roles include Graphics Proofreader, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, and Graphic Designer & Office Manager at Diamond Screen Process, Inc., where high-quality output in prepress production was achieved. Kathy also interned at The Polish Museum of America, developing a new website, and worked as a Passenger Service Agent at Worldwide Flight Services, focusing on customer service and efficient processing. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Graphics from Dominican University.
