Marie Denise Czech has extensive experience in software support and training, currently serving as a Software Support Analyst & Trainer at Weber Packaging Solutions, Inc. since July 2007. Previously, Marie held the position of 3rd Level Technology Analyst at Aon Hewitt from November 1995 to April 2003, where responsibilities included developing documentation, creating test plans, and providing technical support for software implementations. Marie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with a minor in Art from Benedictine University (1988-1992) and possesses an A+ Certification in PC Hardware & Software from Triton College.
