Olga Munteanu

Olga Munteanu has a diverse work experience in the field of health communications and research. Olga began their career as an Office of Minority Health Intern at the Indiana State Department of Health in 2014. Olga then worked as a Program Liaison at Indiana University Bloomington before joining the City of Bloomington Parks and Recreation Department as a Health and Wellness Intern in 2015. In 2015, they also began their role as a Graduate Research Assistant at Emory Centers for Training and Technical Assistance. Olga's experience in research continued at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), where they worked as a Research Assistant in the Chronic Viral Disease Branch from 2016 to 2017.

In 2017, Olga joined the CDC as an ORISE Fellow, working on health communications. Olga then transitioned into a role as a Health Communications ORISE Fellow from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they joined General Dynamics Information Technology as a Health Communications Specialist, where they worked until 2022. Currently, Olga Munteanu holds the position of Manager, Health Communications Specialist at Weber Shandwick, starting in April 2022.
