Vikas Dua

Vikas Dua has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Vikas is currently the Head of People at Weber Shandwick India, where they oversee the People function for the company and its subsidiaries. Prior to this, Vikas served as a Member of the Board of Advisors at HuddleUp and as a Community Creator at Attayn. Vikas also held the position of Vice President - HR at STARTEK and Sr Group Leader - Human Resources at Concentrix. Additionally, Vikas has worked at Wipro Digital Operations and Platforms, where they held the roles of AVP - Talent Acquisition and Senior Manager - Talent Creation & Employee Branding. Earlier in their career, they served as the Head of Business Development at Infinity Knowledge Systems. Overall, Vikas has demonstrated expertise in people management, human resources, and marketing.

Vikas Dua completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from I.B.S. in the years 2001 to 2003. During this time, they specialized in all functional domains and had a dual specialisation in Marketing and Finance.

Before pursuing their MBA, Vikas Dua obtained a degree in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition in Mumbai. Vikas'sfield of study in this program included Food & Beverage, Food Production, and Front Office.

Prior to their college education, Vikas Dua completed their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) from St. Mary's School ICSE in Mumbai. Vikas'sfield of study in this program was Science with Computers.

In terms of additional certifications, Vikas Dua obtained a certificate in Learning Personal Branding from LinkedIn in November 2018. Vikas also completed two Coursera Course Certificates: "The Business of Social" in July 2016 and "What is Social?" in March 2016. The institutions offering these courses were Coursera Course Certificates.
