Donna Thorson Eastman

Donna Thorson Eastman currently serves as Senior Manager, Creative Operations, and Global Creative Project Manager at Weber LLC since May 2023. In addition, Donna is a member of the InsideOut Design Leader Community, which fosters collaboration among senior leaders in design and creative teams at prominent brands. Prior to this, Donna spent nearly 18 years at Crate and Barrel, where roles included Senior Project Manager, Creative, and Creative Traffic Manager. Responsibilities at Crate and Barrel involved developing and managing workflow processes, overseeing asset management, and leading the implementation of the Workfront project management system. Donna holds an Associate of Arts degree in Interior Design from the International Academy of Design and Technology-Chicago.
