Jon Finch

Jon Finch is an experienced professional in the food, beverage, and events sectors, currently serving as PR and Partnerships Manager EMEA and Grilling Experience Manager at Weber LLC since June 2021. Finch is also a Co-Owner of Quay Street Diner, a vibrant Californian-inspired diner established in July 2018, and works as a Freelance Festival Consultant for the Black Deer Festival of Americana, overseeing the Live Fire Food Arena since September 2017. With a background as a Cookbook Author and Freelance Writer since August 2015, Finch has published four cookbooks, including the bestselling "Grillstock: The BBQ Book." As the founder of Grillstock Festivals & Smokehouses from January 2010 to July 2017, Finch contributed to the growth of the BBQ culture in the UK. Previous experience includes owning Loose-Fit Surf Shop and holding product management roles at Volkswagen Group and Black & Decker. Finch's educational background includes attending Hulme Grammar from 1981 to 1992.
