From 2011 to 2013, Gershoni was promoted to the role of Project Manager at Signals Analytics, where they led a team of research analysts and collaborated with Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies. Maor ensured the successful execution of projects and maintained client satisfaction by anticipating risks and resolving issues.
In 2013, Gershoni transitioned to the role of Account Manager at Signals Analytics, where they maintained relationships with clients, further developing their customer management skills.
In 2015, Gershoni was promoted to Director of Pre Sales Engineering at Signals Analytics. In this role, they created the pre-sales department and led the establishment of a global pre-sales team. Gershoni defined the roles and responsibilities of sales engineers, integrated SFDC and the standard working tool, and collaborated with sales engineers to articulate the value of the company's offerings to clients. Maor'sefforts resulted in a 40% increase in pipeline conversion and a 50% decrease in revenue recognition time.
From 2018 to 2019, Gershoni served as the VP of Strategic Accounts at Signals Analytics, where they managed strategic accounts and further demonstrated their ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
In 2019, Gershoni joined Optimove as the Director of Customer Success. Maor oversaw customer success initiatives and ensured the successful implementation of the company's solutions for clients.
