Akee Kazi

Akee Kazi has a diverse work experience that spans multiple companies and roles. Starting in 2018, Akee worked as an Analyst Intern at The Resource Group, Spend Management Solutions. In this role, they were responsible for supporting the supply cost analysis process, communicating with stakeholders, and creating presentations and reports on financial performance. Akee then went on to work at Macro as a Product Designer from August 2021 to November 2021. Following this, they joined mmhmm as a Product Designer from October 2021 to August 2022. Currently, Akee is working at Webflow as a Product Designer starting from August 2022. Overall, Akee has a strong background in product design and a demonstrated ability to effectively analyze data and communicate with stakeholders.

Akee Kazi completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Social Entrepreneurship and International Development, at Loyola University New Orleans from 2018 to 2019. In 2020, they obtained a Nanodegree in User Experience Design from Udacity. A semester exchange program in Social Entrepreneurship was completed at Colorado State University in 2017. In 2014, Akee attended Hebei University in Baoding, China, for Chinese Studies. Akee also obtained an Associate Degree in International Affairs from John Cabot University from 2013 to 2017.

Regarding additional certifications, Akee became an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in March 2021. Akee obtained certifications in Accessibility for Web Design and UX Foundations: Accessibility from LinkedIn in October 2020 and September 2020, respectively. Furthermore, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) in April 2020.
