Alexander R. has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current role as a Senior Frontend Engineer, Growth at Webflow since January 2022. In this role, they are a part of the Lifecycle Team, focusing on enhancing the user experience and enabling users to fully utilize Webflow's offerings.

Prior to their current role, Alexander worked at DreamWorks Animation from November 2019 to January 2022. As a Software Engineer II (Web Tools), they played a crucial role in building front-end applications to support DreamWorks' cloud-enabled production pipeline. Additionally, they co-led the Latinx Employee Resource Group and participated in the EMPOWER DreamLeaders Lab, a mentorship and workshop program.

Before joining DreamWorks Animation, Alexander worked at TechStyle Fashion Group as a Front-End Developer from August 2016 to December 2018. Alexander also gained valuable experience as a Technology Analyst Intern at Goldman Sachs in 2015 and as a Software Engineer Intern at Findery in 2014.

In 2014, Alexander was selected as a CODE2040 Fellow, a program that combined professional development and a technical internship at Findery. This summer program focused on entrepreneurship and provided opportunities for black and Latino/college students.

Alexander's earliest work experience was as a Software Developer Intern at Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2013.
