Andrew N.'s work experience includes various roles and positions in different companies. In 2006, they worked as a Car Hop at Sonic Drive-In. In 2007, they worked as an Associate at Amazon. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as a Guest Service Representative at John Q. Hammons Hotels & Resorts. In 2016, they worked as a USAA Associate at TeleTech, and also as a Freelance Copywriter, Content Marketer, and Web Designer as an Online Marketing Consultant. Since 2017, they have been working at Webflow as a Sr. Manager, Customer Support Operations, where they focus on support operations and people operations, improving productivity and efficiency and reducing costs.

Andrew N. received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from Missouri State University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In 2016, they became a Licensed Producer of Property and Casualty Insurance after completing the necessary requirements set by both the Ohio Department of Insurance and the Missouri Department of Insurance. Most recently, in December 2022, they received a certification in Data Analytics (Excel, SQL, Tableau) from General Assembly.
