Craig Davis is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in SaaS implementations and architecture. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Webflow since September 2020, Craig focuses on sales tax implementations, billing system architecture, and AI systems. Previously, as a Senior Software Engineer at Help Scout from September 2014 to June 2020, Craig modernized security practices and testing frameworks, developed a sales tax collection system, and contributed extensively to engineering culture. Alongside roles at Packt as a Technical Editor and various positions at LearningStation, Inc., Craig has demonstrated expertise in building scalable applications, UX leadership, and foundational system architecture since starting in web development in 1995.
