Kelsey Quade has extensive experience in customer success and account management, currently serving as Manager of Customer Success at Webflow since May 2022, following roles as Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager. Previously, Kelsey worked at Solutran as a Customer Success Executive and at Ascentis Human Capital Management Software as a Customer Success Manager. Kelsey's career began at Gartner, where various roles included Account Manager and Associate Relationship Manager, focused on delivering strategic insights to CMOs and marketing executives. Kelsey also held the position of Senior Account Manager at The Brewer Group, overseeing client deliverables and market strategies. Kelsey started in the professional field as a Community Relations Intern at Project Footsteps. Educationally, Kelsey holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, with a minor in Family Violence Prevention and Developmental and Child Psychology, complemented by study at Ulster University.
