Melanie Richards

Melanie Richards is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in design systems and web development. Currently serving as Group Product Manager for Design Systems at Webflow since March 2024, Melanie leads a team focused on helping customer teams create and scale brand-differentiating websites. Prior to this role, Melanie held positions at Netlify, where responsibilities included leading product unification and enhancing developer workflows, and at Microsoft, where contributions spanned from impacting the web platform as a Senior Program Manager to focusing on accessibility and privacy. Early career experiences included web design roles at Fuzzco and Grooveshark, where Melanie worked on diverse projects from branding to front-end development. Melanie holds a BFA in Graphic Design, graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Florida.
