Michelle Vieira

Michelle Vieira has a diverse work experience in the field of people technology and HRIS analysis. Michelle is currently working as a People Technology Manager at Webflow since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Gusto as a People Technology Lead from July 2021 to June 2023 and as a People Technology Senior Analyst from March 2019 to July 2021. Before joining Gusto, Michelle worked at Arrow Electronics as a Senior HRIS Analyst - Workday from February 2018 to March 2019. Michelle also gained experience in benefits operations at Gusto from September 2016 to February 2018. Michelle's early career includes roles as a Workday HCM Consultant at PwC, where they were a Senior Associate from June 2016 to September 2016 and an Associate from April 2014 to June 2016.

Michelle Vieira completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology, Spanish Language and Literature, with a minor in Dance from the University of Colorado Boulder from 2010 to 2013. In 2012, they participated in semester abroad programs in Buenos Aires, Argentina, at both the Facultad Latinoamericana de Ciencias Sociales and the Instituto Universitario Nacional del Arte. Additionally, they obtained several certifications in Workday, including Workday Compensation, Workday Recruiting, Workday Benefits, Workday EM/PM, and Workday HCM, between 2014 and 2016.
