Ana Paula Moreno Palma

Ana Paula Moreno Palma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and people technology. Currently serving as the Sr Global People Technology & Analytics Delivery Manager at Dawn Foods Global since September 2017, Ana Paula supports digital transformation in HR processes across 17 countries and leads the delivery of People Technology services. Prior roles include Global HRIS & People Analytics Expert and Sr HR Generalist – Business Partner, where responsibilities encompassed implementing analytics strategies, managing internal communications, and overseeing compensation and benefit programs. Earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Generalist at Pfizer, focusing on talent acquisition and employee relations, and as a Business Analyst at Danone, where financial and sales performance metrics were developed.
