Mike Podobnik

VP, People at Webflow

Mike Podobnik is the Vice President of People at Webflow. Mike has over 20 years of experience in human resources and has held leadership positions at several companies.

Most recently, they were at Cribl, where they stratified the first People organization and built a distributed team as the business scaled beyond Series B. Mike was responsible for Talent, Business Partner, Employee Experience, DEI, Total Rewards, and People Operations. During their time at Cribl, they tripled headcount, grew to over 300 employees in 8 countries, and launched and evolved programs including Structured Interviewing, Employee Onboarding, Manager Enablement, Performance, and Engagement Survey.

Before Cribl, Mike was the Vice President of Talent & Employee Experience at Confluent. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of talent management and employee experience. Mike led a team of HR professionals who implemented programs that helped Confluent attract, develop, and retain top talent. Mike also oversaw the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.

Mike has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of California, Berkeley.

Mike Podobnik has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from University of Washington and a certification from HRCI in Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR).
