Molly Lafferty

Molly Lafferty has extensive experience in the field of design and product management. Molly currently holds the position of Senior Product Design Manager at Webflow, where they have been working since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Product Design Manager at Webflow from October 2019 to September 2022.

Before joining Webflow, Molly worked as an Associate Creative Director at Instrument from March 2019 to June 2019. Prior to that, they were the Design Director at This Also from June 2016 to March 2019, and also held the role of Senior Product Designer at This Also from March 2014 to June 2016.

Molly's earlier work experience includes serving as a Senior Interaction Designer at HUGE from July 2012 to March 2014, and as a Designer & Front-End Web Developer at Northwestern University from August 2008 to June 2010.

Molly Lafferty pursued their education in a chronological manner. From 2006 to 2010, they attended Northwestern University, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Radio/Television/Film. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2012, Molly enrolled at Carnegie Mellon University, where they obtained a Master of Design (MDes) degree with a focus on Interaction Design.
