Suchitra Hari

Suchitra Hari is a skilled engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Webflow since December 2023, Suchitra also mentors emerging leaders at Plato and Ceresa. Previous positions include Director of Engineering at WP Engine and SailPoint, where responsibilities encompassed customer identity management and flagship identity security products. Earlier experience includes roles at IBM, managing cross-functional teams in Master Data Management, and engineering positions at Initiate Systems and Denali Software. Suchitra holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from UMIT.
