Jessica Gilchrist

Jessica Gilchrist has extensive experience in the field of internet marketing and administrative support. Currently serving as the Tech Enablement Team Lead at WebFX since October 2016, Jessica has held various roles including Tech Enablement Team Coach and Internet Marketing Consultant, with responsibilities that encompass SEO, PPC, website build outs, and research for mid-range companies. Prior to this, Jessica worked at James Madison University, first as an Administrative Specialist managing departmental tasks and social media campaigns, and later as a Research and Development Assistant creating educational eBooks. Jessica’s earlier roles include Office Manager at Susquehanna University's Center for Diversity and Social Justice and National Web Manager for the Forum for Undergraduate Student Editors, where website management and content creation were key responsibilities. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from Susquehanna University, earned in 2015.
