Yakov Saydin

Yakov Saydin has over five years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR management. Yakov began their career in 2017 as an HR Project Manager at Wall Street English, where they led and successfully completed multiple HR projects. In 2018, they moved to Lamoda Group as a Senior HR Manager, where they led and directed all aspects of recruitment for a staff of over 2000 employees and increased employee retention rate by 20%. In 2020, Yakov joined SberMarket as a Head of Recruitment, managing a team of 10-16 and successfully hiring over 630 people in the past 12 months. Currently, they are the Head of Talent Acquisition at Webinar.

Yakov Saydin attended MGUTU Rasumovskogo from 2016 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor's degree. Yakov then attended Plekhanov Russian University of Economics from 2019 to 2021, where they earned a Master's degree.
