Maryam Ismail Abdallah

Maryam Ismail Abdallah has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Maryam began their career as a Marketing Executive intern at Raya Holding in March 2010. Later, they joined Webkeyz in 2010 as a Rich Internet Applications Developer, using Adobe Flash Professional CS4, Adobe Flash Professional CS5, and Adobe Flash Builder. From April 2011 to December 2013, Maryam worked as a Mobile Applications Developer at Webkeyz, focusing on iOS applications using Objective C 2.0 and Appcelerator Titanium for cross-platform development, as well as developing Android applications. Next, they served as an iOS Developer at Robusta Studio from November 2013 to December 2014. Finally, Maryam returned to Webkeyz in February 2015 and progressed to the role of User Experience Designer, where they applied a comprehensive UX Design process, including gathering business and user requirements, conducting user research, engaging in design sprints and design thinking sessions, formulating product design strategies, and collaborating with other team members to ensure best practices were implemented. Maryam then transitioned to the role of Senior User Experience Designer in June 2019, taking on additional responsibilities such as providing expert UX review and troubleshooting.

Maryam Ismail Abdallah attended Ain Shams University from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Engineering. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained additional certifications including "Enterprise Design Thinking Co-Creator" from IBM in June 2022 and "User Research – Methods and Best Practices" from The Interaction Design Foundation in April 2021.
