Daniella Shykhabutdinova

Daniella Shykhabutdinova began their work experience as a Recruiter at Online Strategy in August 2018, where they worked until January 2020. Daniella then joined Weblium in April 2019 as an HR and Recruiting Director. At Weblium, Daniella was responsible for managing a team of recruiters and overseeing the hiring process for various positions, including top managers, IT developers, designers, sales and marketing professionals, project managers, and support and financial specialists. Daniella also handled employee adaptation, onboarding, and offboarding, conducted HR interviews and made hiring decisions, monitored the labor market and maintained a candidate database. In addition, Daniella implemented KPI systems and bonus calculators, managed budget planning, ensured employee retention and motivation, monitored department performance, and played a role in reorganization and restructuring efforts. Daniella also actively contributed to the company's culture and conducted various events and training activities. Throughout their tenure, Daniella achieved notable results, such as building a skilled team that significantly improved the company's income, establishing HR processes from scratch, and successfully rebuilding all six departments of the company. Daniella also introduced an internship program for students and implemented a successful employee referral program.

Daniella Shykhabutdinova obtained their Associate's degree in Finance and Credit from the College of Economics and Law in 2015. Daniella then pursued further education and completed their Bachelor's degree in International economics and finance at the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management from 2015 to 2018.
