Rod Michael Coronel

Rod Michael Coronel has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. Rod Michael began their career as a Hardware Engineer at Canon Information Technologies Philippines in 2006. Rod Michael then moved on to become a Lecturer at Ateneo de Manila University in 2008. In 2011, they were appointed as an Application Development Supervisor at Smart Communications, Inc. In 2013, they became a Specialist in Special Projects at Voyager Innovations, Inc. Rod Michael was then hired as a Senior Data Engineer at Datalicious Pty Ltd in 2014. In 2015, they began working as a Researcher and DevOps Engineer at MODUL University Vienna. Rod Michael is currently employed as a DevOps Engineer at webLyzard technology since 2018.

Rod Michael Coronel has a BS in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University, which they obtained between 2001 and 2006. Rod Michael has also completed 32 units towards an MS in Computer Science from the University of the Philippines. In addition, they have obtained certifications from The Linux Foundation, Scrum.org, ITIL Certified, Coursera, AWS, and Google. These certifications include Certified Kubernetes Administrator and Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (both obtained in November 2021), Professional Scrum Master I (obtained in April 2019), ITIL Foundation Certification (obtained in February 2017), Exploratory Data Analysis, R Programming, and The Data Scientist’s Toolbox (all obtained in September 2014), and AWS Certified Solutions Architect and Google Analytics IQ (both obtained in June and November 2014, respectively).
