Jeff Herman

Jeff Herman currently serves as SVP of Strategic Enablement at WebMD Ignite, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Jeff was Senior Vice President of Product Management at Mercury Healthcare from August 2020 to April 2023. Jeff’s extensive tenure at Healthgrades spanned from May 2007 to August 2020, during which multiple leadership roles were undertaken, including SVP of Product Management, Vice President of Solution Consulting, Director of Solution Consulting, Product Manager, and Strategic Marketing Manager. Earlier career experience includes roles at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater, starting as Business Manager from December 2001 to December 2003, and later serving as Programming and Counseling Coordinator and Programming Coordinator from May 2005 to May 2007. Jeff holds an education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
