Allison Brown

Allison Brown is an accomplished professional with a robust background in project management and business analysis, currently serving as the Director of Project Management at WebMD since June 2019. In this role, Allison has led a company-wide agile transformation across 75 teams and designed a performance assessment tool that significantly improved team maturity. Prior experience includes strategic growth initiatives optimizing site performance at WebMD, deployment of a critical web application for Johnson & Johnson, and leadership of application development projects at UnitedHealth Group. Allison holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Business Analytics from the University of Maine and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Penn State University.
