James Gannon

James Gannon currently serves as Assistant General Counsel and Senior Counsel, Chief Privacy Officer for Provider Services and Wellbeing Services at WebMD, a position held since March 2020. Prior to this role, James was Associate General Counsel at StayWell from March 2019 to March 2020. James began his legal career at Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads, LLP, where roles included Associate and Law Clerk from September 2008 to March 2019. Earlier experience includes a Law Clerk position at the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law in the summer of 2006. Academically, James holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law, completed in 2007, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from Penn State University, awarded in 2003.
