Shubhika Agarwal

Shubhika Agarwal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in skill development, training, and editorial roles within the medical and educational sectors. Currently serving as a Team Lead at WebMD since April 2024, Shubhika previously held various positions at Cactus Communications from February 2017 to March 2024, culminating as Lead, Skill Development, where responsibilities included managing training solutions and developing courses for Copyediting teams. Earlier experience includes roles as Assistant Manager, Skill Development, and Assistant Managing Editor, where Shubhika trained new editors and managed freelance editor operations. Prior to Cactus Communications, Shubhika worked at ansrsource in multiple editorial capacities, including Senior Author II and Editor, and began professional journey as a Biochemist at Anand Diagnostic Laboratory. Shubhika holds a Master's degree in Biochemistry and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Garden City University.
