Stephanie Winans

Stephanie Winans, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare strategy and business development. Currently serving as an EIR at GEHA Ventures, Stephanie focuses on women's health thesis development and general advisory roles. At WebMD, strategic advisory consulting is provided for business strategy and product launch. Stephanie is also a board member at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and an advisory board member at the UNC Center for the Business of Health. As a strategy and growth consultant since 2009, Stephanie has assisted health tech startups and established companies in their go-to-market strategies. Previous roles include co-founding and leading Iron Health and serving as Chief Growth Officer at BioDigital. With a strong academic background from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and Spring Hill College, Stephanie brings a wealth of knowledge in entrepreneurship and marketing to the healthcare sector.
