Sachin Anand

Sachin Anand has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. In 2000, they began their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Hughes Software. In 2004, they moved to Bear Stearns & Co. as an Equity Research Associate, where they conducted due-diligence in open-source and developed financial/business models to analyze open source software. In 2005, they joined Motorola as a Product Manager, where they developed strategies and go-to-market strategies for portable internet connected devices. In 2008, they became the Head of Product Management at Palgloo, a Silicon Valley based mobile Social Networking Start-up. In 2009, they joined Sony Ericsson as a Senior Product Manager, where they successfully conceptualized and implemented the Sony Ericsson OpenAPI program. In 2013, they became the Director at Mendios Technologies, where they delivered mobility solutions for startups, medium-sized companies, and large enterprises. In 2019, they founded WebMobi, an all-in-one event platform for in-person, virtual & hybrid events with mobile apps, registration, web portal and live streaming.

Sachin Anand completed their MBA from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School in General Management. Prior to that, they obtained their B.Tech degree in Electrical from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. Sachin also attended Cathedral Lucknow for their secondary education.
