Felipe Kleinübing has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Chief Strategic Partnerships Officer at Webmotors, which they began in June 2023. Prior to this, they were the Chief Product & Design Officer at Webmotors from March 2022 to July 2023. Felipe also served as the Head of Product at Webmotors from August 2020 to March 2022, and before that, they were the Group Product Manager from January 2020 to August 2020.

Before joining Webmotors, Felipe held various roles in other companies. Felipe was a Board Member at Neoauto from November 2020 onwards. Prior to that, they were the Co-founder & CEO of Repasse Rápido from August 2016 to January 2020, where they played a vital role in product development and sales. Felipe also co-founded Meu Carro in December 2015, where they served as a Co-Founder until November 2017, spearheading product management, strategic planning, marketing, and sales.

Furthermore, Felipe co-founded NEOLabs in January 2012, where they served as the Co-Founder and Managing Partner until July 2015. Felipe was responsible for raising capital, creating a business plan, and developing partnerships. Felipe also co-founded MRL Acessórios in January 2011 and served as a Partner and Director of Expansion until February 2013.

Additionally, Felipe gained valuable experience as an intern at Labtrans from January 2011 to December 2011, where they worked on land passenger transportation system projects. Felipe also interned at the Laboratory of Energy Conversion Engineering and Energy Technology at UFSC from March 2010 to September 2010, contributing to the evaluation and installation of solar systems.

Finally, Felipe gained practical experience as a summer intern at Adami SA from December 2009 to February 2010, where they participated in cost reduction plans and investment projects.

Felipe Kleinübing graduated from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina in 2012 with a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering. Felipe also obtained additional certifications such as Product Management from Cursos PM3, Product Masterclass from BossaBox, Empretec from SEBRAE, a Certificate of Completion from Udemy, and Proficiency in Business English from NESE - The New England School of English.
