Philippe Le Hégaret is an established professional at W3C, having held various leadership roles since October 2003, including Strategy and Project Lead, Project Management Lead, and Interaction Domain Leader. With a focus on developing technologies for the Web's user interface, Philippe oversees essential areas such as (X)HTML, Web performance, and video activities. As Chair of the Web Services Coordination Group, Philippe facilitates collaboration across multiple W3C activities and external organizations. Previously, from 2001 to 2003, Philippe served as Chair of the DOM Working Group. Philippe holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering Sciences from the University of Nice-Sophia Antipolis, earned between 1994 and 1998.
