Desmond Douglas, MBA has extensive experience in managing software quality assurance teams and projects. Desmond has led various teams in developing and implementing test plans, improving QA metrics, automation, and performance testing. Desmond has a strong background in creating standards, procedures, and documentation for quality assurance processes. Desmond has worked with a variety of companies, including WebPros, IPT Global, COBAN Technologies, ExxonMobil, Cameron (a Schlumberger company), and CenterPoint Energy. Furthermore, Desmond holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Houston.
