Katee van Horn

Katee Van Horn has extensive work experience in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Katee currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at WebPros and has been working there since October 2023. Prior to that, they established their own consulting firm, VH Included Consulting, in 2017, where they served as CEO. Katee also worked as a DEI Consultant at the Alliance of Arizona Nonprofits from October 2020 to March 2023. Katee has also held positions such as Vice President of Global Engagement & Inclusion and VP of People Operations at GoDaddy. Additionally, they have experience as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategist at the Virginia G. Piper Charitable Trust and as an Inclusion, Diversity, and Belonging Consultant at HERE Technologies. Katee has also served on the board of directors for FSL, a nonprofit organization in Arizona. Katee'swork experience showcases their expertise in building inclusive cultures and driving diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Katee Van Horn earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended Xavier College Preparatory in 1993 and 1994. In addition to their formal education, Katee has obtained several certifications, including Textio Equitable Performance Feedback from Textio (obtained in 2022), Certificate of Completion in The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People from the American Management Association (obtained in 2013), and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI (obtained in 2009).
