Marina Zakharova

Marina Zakharova has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and payroll controlling. Marina started their career in 2003 as an Office Manager at Investment and construction company Rus. Later, they became the Human Resources Director and held this position until 2017.

In 2017, Marina joined WebPros as a Personnel Inspector, where they worked until 2018. Marina then became the Head of Human Resources at the same company, where they stayed until 2023.

In 2023, Marina transitioned to the role of Head of Payroll Controlling at WebPros. In this position, they were responsible for maintaining internal controls, developing and supporting payroll policies, and managing personnel workflow.

Marina Zakharova holds a Master's degree in management in economics from The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA). In addition, they have obtained a Diploma of Education in HR management in the IT field from Innopolis University.
