Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive who will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring prompt response, problem-solving, and a delightful customer experience across all our platforms and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming client queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Provide timely and accurate information on services, billing, campaigns, and technical support.
  • Coordinate internally with the marketing, tech, and CRM teams to resolve client issues quickly.
  • Maintain daily logs of support requests and resolutions in our CRM.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through our services (like Xbot, CRM integration, etc.).
  • Report recurring issues and suggest improvements in service delivery.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, CRM tools (Zoho preferred), and WhatsApp Business APIs is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.

Eligibility

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Prior experience (1–2 years) in customer support, client servicing, or similar role preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn are also welcome.
