Yuliya Muzychka

Yuliya Muzychka is a seasoned professional in sales and customer success, currently serving as a Sales/Account Manager at WebSpellChecker since October 2024. Previously, Yuliya held the position of Senior Customer Success Manager at NetHunt CRM from October 2021 to September 2024, where responsibilities included co-mentoring Customer Success Managers and enhancing client engagement strategies, as well as managing demo calls and support inquiries. Yuliya's experience also includes a role as a Sales Development Representative at CIENCE and positions as an Interpreter at IPF Kyiv and Quality Analyst at NetFix LLC. Yuliya holds a Master’s degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from Shanghai International Studies University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language and Literature from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
