Ron G. Landmann, M. D. is a clinician, researcher and leader in the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons. Ron’s practice is focused on robotic surgery, minimally invasive and computer-assisted approaches for colorectal and general surgical diseases and computer-assisted and augmented/virtual reality imaging and guidance in surgery. Ron has helped design newer surgical devices to improve quality and standard of care for patients.
Ron’s approach to utilizing technology, both software and hardware, in new ways to improve outcomes shows his passion for finding new ways that technology can improve humanity. Ron’s experience and unique point of view will help the Board remain in the forefront of edge computing and technology usage.
