Drew Kramer has over 9 years of professional work experience in the field of web development and design. Drew also held the positions of Sr. Product Designer from August 2020 to December 2021 and Product Designer UI/UX from March 2019 to August 2020 at the same company. Before joining ServiceTitan, Drew worked as a Freelance Web Developer/Designer at Drew Kramer Web Design for four years from August 2015 to August 2019. Drew also served as a Front-End Developer/Designer at WebstaurantStore.com from December 2017 to March 2019 and as a Web Developer/Designer at YDOP from January 2016 to December 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Technical Services Engineer at NE Time Systems from June 2014 to January 2016. Drew also has experience in the education sector, where they worked as a Technology Education Teacher at Rockville High School from August 2013 to June 2014, teaching a Foundations of Technology course to students in grades 9-12.
Drew Kramer earned a High School Diploma with a focus on Technology Education from Ephrata Area High School in 2009. Subsequently, from 2009 to 2013, they attended Millersville University of Pennsylvania where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Education (BSE) in Technology Education with a specialization in Educational/Instructional Technology.
